My item was ready by the date given by A-1. Each lady that waited on me at drop off and pickup were courteous and friendly. It took over 10 minutes for the lady to retrieve the item. When she returned she said something about how hard it was to get it rolled up into the bag. It was my son's comforter and he lives out of state, and was moving at that time, so I did not open the bag at the time. My son did not want to hurt or offend me so he did not tell me of the problem. However, when I saw his comforter again on a recent trip, I was dismayed to discover that it had been ruined. The filling was lumpy. The comforter cost $100 and the tag said to dry clean only. Counting the cost of the cleaning bill, I am now out $120. I am also dismayed the lady who was trying to pack it for me did not mention the problem. I tried them because of the other good reviews. However this was a big mistake for me.

They saw that we were currently moving and knocked on the door and explained what they could do. They told us prices right on the spot and they could be back the next day. They were very quick, provided high quality work, and were very professional. Passed all inspections.

I have been using them for a long time. It’s a family-oriented company. Everyone is very nice. I was supposed to be leaving to another city; it was a very short notice. They did an awesome job altering my uniform, getting it cleaned and got it back to me within a couple of days.
