He started working a bit later than I would have liked (around 10 or 11am). He also charges by the hour, which I didn't like. He took a lot of pride in his work and he did great job.

The work was beyond exceptional. Just the stairs and deck look like HGTV built them -- they are perfect. Tim Creed is honest and straight forward about his needs to complete a job. His sons work remarkably toward the end goal. If I had wished for the perfect contractor, I would have been sent Tim Creed.
