We take great pride insuring your families the highest caliber of water. Owner / Manager Ken Tallmadge (CWS-I), has over 16 years of water treatment expertise and is certified by the Water Quality Association. He is a Certified Water Specialist. Our goal is to educate families in the community on ways to protect them from the potential harm their drinking, bathing and cooking water poses to their health and well being. We continually educate ourselves on the latest chemicals counties are introducing into the treatment of our neighbors water. Our education is equally as important for our neighbors with wells who face a completely different set of challenges. Our staff and technicians receive ongoing training, and education as to the latest equipment, and techniques to solve the ever increasing changes to our neighbors’ water. We design each new water system specifically for you based on our free water analysis. We use only quality systems, backed by a variety of warranties. We pride ourselves on quality service before, during, and after the sale. Quality Water Of The Carolinas is a Kinetico Dealer but we are proud to provide service on all manufactured brands of water systems. Our service area includes but is not limited to the following counties: Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Cabarrus, Rowan, York, Iredell, Burke, and Cleveland. If you don’t see your county on our list, please contact us for more information. Water systems are specifically designed for clients based on free water analysis. We use licensed sub-contractors for plumbing when necessary.

The original installation went very well. The installers showed up on time and were very polite & professional.
I've had the system a year now and it has worked perfectly for me. No problems at all. And it has improved the quality of my water tremendously.
I had my first 1 yr service which was free of charge and again no problems with the system.
I had to have the system drain line rerun because of a problem with one of my house's outside drains. And Ken arranged to have 2 of his service men do that at no cost to me even though it wasn't a problem with his system. The 2 men he sent, Robert & Larry, were extremely professional, polite & pleasant.
I generally do not write reviews but Ken Tallmadge & Quality Water's service is so extraordinary that I just had to do it.
The base price for an assessment of my water softener was $70. With 6 bags of salt, resin conditioner, and a once over of the system, it came out to $140.
We have suffered for 4 years on Lake Wylie with dreadful , hard well water; Quality Water of the Carolinas solved all in one day. Sad that we did not do it sooner.
