About us

Kinetco CGC Water is a 4th generation family business begun over 70 years ago. Kinetco CGC Water has expanded to represent multiple manufacturers, including the ultra-efficient, non-electric Kinetico water systems, serving customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Michigan. We pioneered the installation of automatic water softeners on well water. We were the very first Kinetico dealer ever. We were the very first to offer the new non-electric water treatment system over 30 years ago and have grown to become one of the largest Kinetico Dealer in the United States. We offer water treatment selections from the lowest price option, to the most economical to maintain, to the highest efficiency models.

I can't say what I think of the water system, as its only been installed 2 hours. I can say the gentlemen who installed the system (Isaiah and Josh) we absolutely amazing! Isaiah went above and beyond with answering questions, making sure the right materials were used, etc. He is obviously great at his job and highly skilled in guest service. What an incredible representation of the company.

Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
This company installed a water treatment and purification system in our home several years ago. Seriously, it has never worked correctly. We have had at least 3 calls from this treatment program to correct the problem--the last a few months ago. The repairman stated there was an ice ring the prior repairman could not find. Previusl repairman stated it was not installed correctly. This system needs to be installed so that it works. This is ridiculous. We spent thousands of dollars on a system that does not work. I am SO disappointed in their product and installation serviced repair service.
