It was the worst installation I have ever had. I’ve had 4 floors installed and this is the worst. My floors squeak and are raising.

The installers were very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my property. I caught them in parts of my home where they were not allowed. They crapped in all of my bathrooms and peed on the floor. They were even in my private bathroom, which is located in my master bathroom, which was behind a closed door. They rummaged through my personal belongings and medicine cabinet. The message is to all of the single women: Do not allow them out of your sight. If at all possible, do not be alone with them. In order to protect yourself, you need to install video surveillance, to capture them on video as evidence for a potential lawsuit. I just feel compelled to warn people. I mean you pay for a service, then the sad part is you are paying for the disrespect, anxiety, unprofessionalism that comes with just wanting to make your home nice. Just shows that this company is completely void of a moral compass and is in it only for the money.

They came right on time - explained work to be done - got the job done in quality time and performance. I would recommend to anyone having floors done right.

They were the installer of the company where I purchased the flooring. The cost of the installation was included in the cost of the flooring from another provider. If I would've just got the wood, it would of been cheaper.

When they came back the next day to fix something, they came back. I had them come back out because the dishwasher wasn't set right. They have to come back out to replace a piece by my back door. They have been real nice about repairing things or anything that might not be to my satisfaction. One of the molding that goes around the flooring had cracked, so they replaced that. They have been nice about fixing stuff that may not have come out right.

The flooring is beautiful and very nice. They did a wonderful job putting the flooring down. It all came out very  nice. They were very nice about the scheduling and ordering things that needed to be replaced. They were punctual.

The woman who came to measure ahead of time arrived on time and explained the pros and cons of buying 12 ft vs 15 ft carpet and was patient while I asked questions and my child interrupted. The installers moved a huge china cabinet, 2 couches and other miscellaneous into my kitchen (which had brand new expensively installed vinyl floors). I was in a panic- afraid of dents/scrapes on the new flooring or on the walls in the living room which had just been painted. I am not sure how they did it, but they moved everything without a single mark anywhere. They finished the project in 5 hours and asked me where to put things back- a nice touch as I've found not every service who has to move things asks where things go, so then you're stuck moving the big things as well as all you knick-knacks back into place. Of the projects I've had done (painting, flooring, carpeting) this was by far the easiest, fastest and most worth the money.

I think Watson's works exclusively through Lowe's and I've actually used them 3 times. They always do a fantastic job. They are great!

I purchased flooring for my entire home from Lowe's who subcontracted the installation to Watson's.  It was a disaster from the start.  They couldn't seem to figure out where the vinyl was, despite Lowe's having it since 12/3.  They called to cancel my original carpet installation date because the vinyl had not been installed.  They finally installed the vinyl on Thursday, 12/26.  The flooring itself looks good, but the shoe molding installation is shoddy at best.  They didn't bother to finish the corners, and used white shoe molding at the base of all of the cabinets rather than using something that matched (perhaps even the old shoe molding that they removed)!  The carpet installation was scheduled for today.  They sent out ONE guy to do the installation.  I paid for the full service, including moving furniture, ripping out the old flooring, disposal, installation, etc.  The guy started complaining the second he walked in the door.  Granted, the carpet was in horrible condition due to the fact that I foster rescue dogs while we train them and find them a home.  However, the guy from Watson's that came out to do the estimate knew that and saw it prior to giving me the estimate!  All of a sudden, the installer shows up and wants me to move furniture, take things apart, unload bookshelves, etc. though the only thing they told me needed to be done prior to installation was to move the electronics and knickknacks. Due to the damage to the carpet, I was concerned about the subflooring, so I specifically asked three different people on three different occasions (one from Lowe's and two from Watson's) if they would fix any issues rather than just covering it up.  All three, including the installer, said yes, of course they would.  Well, they show up today and tell me that they don't do subfloors, they just install carpet and they will sprinkle baking soda on the subfloor.  That was his solution.  Baking soda and then covering it up.  After my sister and I ,moved all of the furniture from two rooms, he pulled the carpet out of one and a half before I asked him to leave.  I now have to find a new flooring company that will repair the subfloors and install the carpet that is now sitting in my garage.  Unbelievable.

It was excellent. The installers were very nice, informed us what was going on during the day, and it took about 12 hours to complete. I received a call from the manager to make sure I was ok with the installers being at my house so late. Everything was great.

It went very well. They were very professional. They took their time. They did a neat job and I was very pleased with the results. As far as they had do something extra they did it and I had no problem with it. They were trying to do the very best and please me and I was happy with the result overall.

They were very good and I would use them again. I bought the flooring and they were the subcontractor that installed it. The quality was excellent.

They have changed their name to The Flooring Pros for America. I used them and everything was satisfactory. I spent about $7500 on the job. They were okay. I would not have chosen the same material, though. However, it was not their fault. The problem was with me rather than them. I should not have chosen the carpet that I did; I should have chosen another laminate. They were adequately professional. They were in the verge of a name change and business change. So, they did the best they could do during those times. I understood what they were doing. They had some problems with scheduling to come out. I am currently having some warranty problems with the entrance way and they are handling that for me. Overall, they have been satisfactory. There are looking at the issue of the laminate split in the entryway. They are in the middle of work right now. They have to coordinate with my carpenter. They seem to be attentive to the work that needs to be done. I will use them again in the future.

The installation of the floor and backsplash was a nightmare, partly due to poor product quality (which was within Lowe's control, and not Watson's), and mostly because of Watson's bad workmanship until the job was finally done. Understand first that this six-week time lag was caused somewhat by inconsistencies of the delivered product sold by Lowe's, and not Watson's. Understand also that Watson's was quick, friendly and courteous in trying to resolve problems, but the problems recurred twice. These are the details regarding the flooring installation: when the product was installed the first (and second) time, the leveling compound structured above the plywood foundation and below the flooring was incredibly inconsistent. It provided you the feeling that you were walking on a piece of thin ice which made a loud clicking sound as you walked through it. This was due to air pockets between the wood and compound. The situation was not resolved until the third attempt. Regarding the backsplash, it took three different installers to get the job completed, and I noticed two weeks ago that the final installation was also not done well. The first installer left the tile with sharp edges in places, and pencil marks all over the backsplash which were never removed, We called Watson's, and told them it had to be done again. The second installer did a sloppy job with grouting, and we had to call Watson's again. The third attempt was passable, so we called the job complete. We were just happy to have our headaches over and done with. Not so fast, though. Two weeks ago, when I attempted to unscrew one switchplate cover for a particular reason, I noticed that the back of the switchplate was installed poorly. When I opened the switchplate, I noticed the tile had not been cut properly. Because of this mistake, the electric box basically hung with nothing attached to it. My wife and I were and still are unhappy with the "finished" product, but what's done is done.

It went good in every way. It was excellent work they did. The employees were all very respectful. They were very respectful of our home and they were all very neat. Jason Watson was very thorough and made us feel comfortable about what color we were gonna use. He was a very attentive man. It was very extensive job so much that they were there for a whole week. Jason came back after everybody left and surveyed the whole house. He would always make sure we were comfortable with our color choice.

They were so helpful in selecting the tile. Michael Voc and Todd especially stood out and were instrumental in getting all the work done. They have done a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them. They were very kind and worked with us when we would cancel because of illness.

They were very professional from start to finish. We worked with them as subcontractors with Lowe's. They were always prompt and answered questions we had. They called before the job was scheduled to be sure the materials had been delivered by Lowe's (they had not) and arranged to pick them up themselves. The tile crew, headed by Ricardo Santos, was excellent. They finished the job in a day and a half, including reinstalling moldings, cleaning up and removing and replacing appliances. They did forget to plug in the refrigerator, but we noticed fairly quickly and no harm was done. Doug Sigmon called us both days to see how things were going. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Watson's came very highly recommended, and we found them to be just that. They are prompt, courteous, and hardworking. They did an excellent job of carpeting our whole house. Pains were taken to have no more seams than necessary, and we were so impressed at how they were able to do that. They cleaned up after themselves. When they were finished, I received a call to see if we were happy with the job. Because they did such excellent work, I requested them again when we had ceramic tile put down in the entry way. Through no fault of theirs, the wrong color grouting was used. I requested they replace it with the right color. Without any hesitation, they set up an appointment to do just that the very next week. The installer dug the grout out by hand, which was a long tedious job and never complained. He replaced the grout, and it looks great. I am so impressed with Watson's, their employees, and their work. I would definitely recommend them for all your flooring needs.
