 + -1 moreAnother company had built the retaining wall and given us a five year warranty, but they have since gone out of business. We are having trouble with the work and when I to the company?s old website, www.charlottepatio.com, I was directed to Vistascape?s site at http://vistascape.net. Mark Tarnowski, the former owner of the company that has gone out of business, works for Vistascape. I have called several times and spoken with the receptionist several times. However, they have failed to return my phone calls and have not come out to look at the work. I am happy to pay for the repair, but I do not feel that they are being professional in their lack of response.
Description of Work: I have contacted them for a repair on a retaining wall.
