Venture Pest Control LLC

We have used Venture Pest Control for our home in Mooresville NC for 4+ years. They are always reliable, on time and professional. Since Venture has done our outdoor pest control we have not had any issues and look forward to continue using their service.

They have been prompt in making quarterly treatments and have left hangers on door after each treatment.

They did an excellent job working around my schedule. Got down all the spider webs and have all the bugs under control finally! Great job.

Today's visit was rescheduled because of Monday's monsoon. Tech came, did his job, asked if we had any indoor issues (we didn't). Swept eaves for spider webs, etc. We've used this company for over 5 years, and have always been pleased. And they come out at n/c if you have a problem between visits.

It went great. I've been using Venture for quite a while and they are always professional and accommodating to my schedule. RJ did a great job. He arrived on schedule, answered the questions that I had and was careful, helpful and professional. And I rarely, if ever have any problems between the quarterly visits!

Company contacts us ahead of time to advise of date of service and shows up when they say they will. No need to be home either.

Excellent. First visit by today's tech. He was very good: explained what he applied and where he applied it. Over the past years, we've occasionally had issues between visits, and Venture is always very responsive.

The technician (Terrell) was very professional and nice and did a great job.

The service tech did an awesome job. Terrell is by far the most knowledgeable and professional tech I have ever had. On top of that he is so polite and friendly. If you have a pest control job, choose Terrell. He is thorough, organized and does the job right the first time. Looking forward to having him come back for all my treatments.

Excellent service. Don't worry about bugs and if I see an ant they return promptly.

They arrived 3 hours before our scheduled appointment time which we were not prepared for. The services performed done well, I just wish it would have been at time I had asked for.

It went great. I really appreciate the fact that they contact via email and phone a couple of days before the scheduled treatment. That gives me a chance to review my availability and contact them to set a specific time or reschedule. Their technicians are always courteous, timely and professional. I'm very happy with the service.

Our technician arrived while I was gardening. He was concerned with inconveniencing me, so began working at another part of the property. I finished my planting and he completed the rest of his work. (I really didn't keep him waiting, but he was so kind to consider what I was doing). Venture has always been dependable and done a thorough job. We haven't had a pest problem since we have worked with Venture!

Always very professional service, on time and thorough.

It's just as usual. You call them, sometimes the call went through, sometimes not, but it's really normal for companies such small size. So I didn't expect too high of that. For me, it's okay.

They always give you a courtesy call or e-mail reminder before they come to visit and they're very on time every time they do the work. Payment collection and things like that are also being handled very correctly, so far, nothing being overcharged or mischarged.

We use them on a quarterly basis. They did what they were supposed to do, nothing really standing out so far compared with some other companies I've used, but nothing wrong either. So I'm okay with it. It's okay price-wise, not really cheap, but you pay what you get.
