Randy and his crew did a fantastic job! Very thorough and professional. Although this was the first time Randy had made a service call to our home, he had actually answered questions on the phone several times in the past and had even walked me through some repairs over the phone, having never even done work at our house before! He had saved us so much money, I was actually relieved when I could finally pay him for his work! And then, he charged under his estimate for what he did! Also, even though he was booked for 3 weeks, he knew we were worried about our melting outlets and frustrated with not being able to use any of the outlets in our bathrooms, so he made time to get to our house with his crew and fix and inspect everything within days of our call. I recommend Union Pride Electrical to everyone in this area. You can't find a better electrician!!! Really a stand up guy!

This was absolutely one of the best service providers I've ever used.  The service was outstanding in every way. The owner answered my call, and took my information.  He was at my house in less than one hour.  The two repairs were completed in less than 15 minutes.  He was very professional, courteous and answered all of my questions.   I plan to use this company for future services, including some new installation items.

The work was done through DiFabion Remodeling. Excellent work, very pleased. I made changes / new requests while the work was in progress and Randy was able to accommodate. He definitely took the time to do the job right and with high quality. Will use for all future electrical work and easily recommend.

All went great. Just as we were told it would be.

Called Randy on Sunday about microwave that had stopped working. He
talked me through checking to confirm it was unit and not electric
service to it. A little over one full day later he had removed old unit
and replaced new unit. He installed new one properly as old one was
not. All for a very fair price. Not only is he honest and decent, he
is a good guy also!

This guy did everything right. He did stuff like it was his house. Instead of taking the shortcut way, Randy did it the right way. He checked with us the entire way to make sure we were happy and to find out how we wanted things to end up. The entire project took several months and ended up great. Randy knows his business and is an honest man.

As good as I could have asked.

Great experience. Randy was able to add the recessed lighting in a ceiling with no above access without having to trench the drywall. Randy was on time and worked quickly. I asked Randy to add an electrical outlet in a bathroom and he suggested that we just change the light switch to incorporate the outlet instead which was much easier.

Randy did a great job. This is the 3rd time Randy has done work at our house and each time has been extremely postive. Would highly recommend.

Randy and his team were the electical subs on a remodeling job we had with DiFabion. Randy and his team worked with us to be sure we got precisely what we needed. I also asked Randy to check out some wiring while he was doing the work because I suspected it might have some squirrel damage. It did in fact, so I asked Randy if he would be willing to do additional repair while the ceiling was open. We ended up having to rewire most of the garage and I think what Randy charged was a very fair price. We would be glad to use them again if/when we need more electrical work.

It was a very good experience. Randy and his crew showed up on time. The "so I thought easiest least time consuming project" of replacing the bulb became difficult because it was unaccessible while hanging. The fixture had to be removed and the plate removed to replace the bulb. The bulbs I had purchased were incorrect. One of the crew took all my bulbs back to the store for a refund and returned with the correct bulb. It was service above what I expected. The price was very reasonale for this project and as well as some others I plan to do in the future. I definitely will use Union Pride and recommended them to anyone I know who needs electrical work.

Randy is wonderful to have in your home. He is professional, knowledgeable, on time, dependable and personable. He did a great job with everything he did in our home. He has great attention to detail; making sure switch plates are straight, wiping off fan blades and cleaning up after himself.

I had electrical work done three years ago by an Angie's List electrician. I first called them only to find that they were no longer in business, the owner had passed away. I than called another nearby Angie's List electrical firm and they sent a man to give me an estimate that afternoon. After returning to the office that man called to say that they would not be able to do the work for some time and he recommended Randy from Union Pride, also an Angie's List member. I called him and he gave me an estimate for installing the first three units, our original request. He was able to come the next day to do the work since he had a cancellation for that day. He and his two workers came as scheduled and were fantastic. They covered our carpeting before doing the ceiling work and cut into the walls for the controls leaving no marks on walls or ceilings. They completed that part of the project, cleaned up the packaging and etc and even offered to vacuum the floor. My wife and I were so pleased not only to have these new fixtures but the quality of the work, we had him return to install two more fan/light units in two additional bedrooms that also required hard wiring through the walls. He was able to complete that part of the project within a week. We were extremely pleased with the electrical work done by Randy and his crew and were also extremely pleased with his promptness, attitude and prices. He returned phone calls!

He had replaced 1 breaker and tested alot of other things to ensure we had no problems. He showed up time, did the work quickly and was very pleasant! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
