Description of Work: 1) Revamp garage door so it's safer to get into for person with severe knee problems. Replaced sill, installed grab bars on solid blocking, paint and finish. 2) Checked out front door for moisture and leaks. 3) Refasten outside shutter. 4) Cut opening in deck for a tree to come through it.

 + -1 moreOverall, the process went very well. There were some hiccups as with any construction project. But Mike was always on top of things to ensure if something wasn't as we wanted, he always corrected the issue.
Description of Work: Significant addition to my home - Family room, Bathroom, Mudroom, Guest Bedroom. After having at least 5 different contractors come to my home to give guidance and estimates for the addition that my wife and wanted, it was clear that Mike was the right person for the job. Immediately, his integrity and honesty stood out most. Mike hooked us up with a very good Architect to assist with the planning for the addition to ensure that it blended with the existing structure. He also communicated with the architect as well, so it was a smooth transition once we were ready to build. Mike went the extra mile to ensure safety and cleanliness around the house during construction. During the process Mike became a good friend and one that I would recommend to anyone.

 + -1 moreThey came highly recommended to us by one of our friends, so we had decided to use them to close off our breezeway. It took no time at all for them to get the job done. Believe me, it was a job well done. They were very kind people to deal with and answered all of our questions politely. The only problem we had was one day the showed up a little over a half hour late, but other than that everything was perfect.
Description of Work: We decided to use Twelvestone Construction Company to close in the breezeway at our house by adding new walls, after they came highly recommended from a friend.

HE SHOWED INCREDIBLE PATIENCE DURING A WAIT OF SEVERAL MONTHS CAUSED BY DELAYS IN THE ARRIVAL OF MATERIALS AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US.
