They did a great job.

ruined my new home yard. full of weeds. had to cancel mid contract. would never hire or recommend.

Trugreen service is subpar and expected results do not appear. Have been in home when service is completed and watched associates perform subpar or no service. Most recent service took all of 3 minutes and never even went into the back yard. Called and cancelled service and was lied to by the customer service rep.

It was expensive. They went up since they merged with another company. I don't know where they are located. I just know that I call them and they come out. For one thing, I told them that a lot of trees get worms in the spring. I haven't seen any worms. I pray that it did what it had to do. That was the main thing. My trees out back I had told them that I had planted them myself and the leaves were falling. He explained to me why they were falling They look all green and fluffy. The trees seem to be doing good. So far they have been okay. I told them not to do anything until they call me. I might just say I don't want the treatment done. They did say they would do that. They did what I asked them to do. I just don't like the price. They follow directions because I told them not to mess with the stuff in the front and they didn't. They cleaned up well. They was nothing amiss.

They give me a heads up when they are coming and leave a sign in the yard.

The service is great. I have had them since last year. If I'm not satisfied they will come out and fix any issues.

They called us 3 times to tell us they were coming over today and two people will be here tomorrow to work on moles and do something else.  They always call ahead and remind us we don't have to do anything, just make sure the yard is accessible.

They were supposed to call the day before they come and they just show up. They never call like they are supposed to.

They do not respond to questions. Gave ticket # and promised 24 hour response. Followed up 3 times, no response. Aeration and overseeding was very poorly executed. My neighbor watched them, said they flew through the yard. Areas were missed, cores were minimum penetration, certainly not enough to provide any benefit. Canceled service.

They were here in April of 2016.  It costs $70. 

I have a contract with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Last year when they aerated my yard they scratched my new fence.  They did nothing to repair this or give me a discount on any service.  This year we have had nothing but weeds and crabgrass in my yard.  On my account it specifies to call 2 days before aeration so I can mark irrigation and mow my yard.  They called at 5:15 pm (after hours so I couldn't even call them back) to say they were scheduling my aeration for the following day.  Then when I called to reschedule, no one returned my phone calls.  Tried to cancel my service and they begged me to give them another chance.  After begging me for another chance the service manager Marcus never returned any of my 4 phone calls.  There is nothing they can do to make this up to me and I certainly will not ever recommend them to anyone.

They come every month. I have a contract with them. The aerate my lawn, put down stuff to kill weeds and some other stuff. I was paying a lot more before because I went from full services to just lawn maintenance so I spend about $80 per quarter. The office people and workers were nice. They come and do what they need to and they leave a message for my on my lawn stating that they came and did some work. I think they do a lot of work that may not be necessary but you can let them know what you want done.

They are always kind enough to call before the appointment, and leave a detailed note for you after the job.  I also feel like their prices are reasonable for the service.  They also make recommendations for what you need.

I use Scott's for my Tree and Shrub service.   The last time they came
out they sprayed the trees and shrubs for pests.   I've noticed that each fall my crepe myrtles always gets mites.   I don't think they are spraying them because there is no residue on the windows (they are close to the windows and if they were sprayed you would see something on the windows.   I noticed that my
crape myrtles have mites as the leaves are black and the trees look
diseased.  I called over a week ago for a re-service to have them
sprayed again.   Their policy is to come out within 24-72 hrs.   The person
told me it would be 24-72 hours.   When 72 hours, the third day passed I
called and another person said that it always takes 5 days and promised
to get someone out this week.   Yesterday, Thursday, a week has passed since calling and  it was getting
late so I called to make sure I was still on the schedule for a
re-spray.   They assured me I was and that they would be out Friday.  
Friday is here.   1:00pm there has not been anyone here.   I contacted them and  spoke to
Nicole who looked to see and assured me someone was coming out.  It
is now 4:30 and I get a voice mail letting me know that I've been
scheduled for a shrub service within the next 2 business days.  I immediately called back and of course the office is closed for the holiday. (Labor Day).   They wait till they are closing to send me a voice mail so I can't speak with anyone. 
This has gone on for 3 years now.  I have missed service calls and have to
call to see when they are going to come out.   I've had to call
repeatedly to have a re-spray done.   I've been put off for the FALL
"deep root fertilization" for 2 years now.   This should be done around
the first of October and they are finally ready to fertilize in
DECEMBER!   Too late for that.   I have had it with this company.  

They call a day or so ahead of time to let me know they are coming.  They come knock on the door and spray the yard.  Leave me the bill and leave.  My lawn looks nice and I am very happy. They come every couple of months or so; maybe it is more frequently.  I am not sure.  They will call once in a while to see if I want other work done but I don't have to accept it.

They came to the wrong address.  We have centipede grass and our neighbors (the correct address) have something completely different.  We had just had sod put down three weeks ago, too.  They never should have put these chemicals on our type of grass so soon after sod being laid.  I have called and lodged a complaint.  Their service crew are obviously not trained to know their grass types and are over-scheduled causing them to rush from house to house.  We would never use this service in the future.
