We are having "finishing issues" with our wrought iron door. Tania was referred to us by a local wrought iron door company (not the one that did our door). On the phone she was very professional, and came out to look at the door. She explained how she uses the latest in paints, etc. and could fix most of our cosmetic issues. We were so excited to have someone knowledgeable that could resolve our issues. She was going to speak with a company that actually did iron work to see what they could do with a couple of other issues. I told her we were going to be out of town for a week, so she could just send me the quote after that. After several follow up phone calls asking for the quote - we never heard back from her. She talks a good game - but in the end wasted an hour of our time and a couple of months of waiting on a quote. Unless you want to be completely frustrated in dealing with trying to get a quote (after the original consultant seemed so promising) - I would stay away.
