Teddy Baucom Auto Repair

My car was running hot and dripping coolant. I took it to Teddy Baucom Auto Repair and they fixed my radiator. It now runs smooth and feels like its brand new. Teddy is honest, provides reasonable rates, is knowledgeable, and is a hard worker. He also fixed my AC in the past. He did only the work that was required and did not try other services. Teddy Baucom Auto Repair only works on Ford models.

I have had some not very positive experiences with automotive repair shops in the past, both dealerships and individuals. When a neighbor I highly respect (he takes excellent care of his cars) recommended Mr. Baucom I decided to take my car to Baucom's. I felt like I stepped back 50 years in time. Everyone at the shop was polite, professional, knowledgeable, fixed everything quickly & correctly, and stuck to the original estimate which was a fair price. I highly recommend Baucom's and although no one looks forward to car trouble, I feel good about having excellent automotive repair shop that I can trust.

Teddy has done work for us for years. He prefers to work on Fords. He was a mechanic at a Ford dealership for years before he went into business for himself. He is reasonably priced and honest. One time several years ago I had a car that kept cutting off with me and I had it towed twice to the Ford dealership in Charlotte. They found everything under the sun wrong with my car except the reason it kept cutting off and leaving me stranded. One night it cut off with me near my house and I called Teddy. He came over in the dark with a couple of hand held tools and diagnosed the problem. Something the Ford dealership couldn't do in their facility with all their equipment and and quot;certifiedand quot; technicians. The car was a Ford Thunderbird.

I WAS FEARFUL THAT WE WOULD NEVER FIND A REPUTABLE MECHANIC.

I HAVE NEVER MET A MORE HONEST OR CONSCIENTIOUS PERSON, LET ALONE A CAR MECHANIC! IF HE CAN'T DO IT, HE WILL SAY SO. WHEN HE DOES IT, IT'S RIGHT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD IS HE IS USUALLY PRETTY BUSY, AS WORD HAS APPARENTLY GOTTEN AROUND!
