THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

Tim the owner called promptly for an appointment (several weeks out due to workload) to measure, and gave an installation date. His crew turned up as promised to measure, doing what appeared to be a very professional job using a cardboard and plywood template. Installation, also on the date promised, was very nicely done. Only issue was that the home improvement store apparently underestimated the material required, and after the actual measurements were made we had to pay almost 1/3 more to have the countertops made. However, extremely well pleased with the result, and would recommend Solid Tops to anyone.

Excellent experience! I went to showroom in Indian Trail. The showroom was spotless unlike other companies that I had visited previously. Tim was very pleasant, clean cut and knowledgeable. He explained the benefits of the tops, the installation process and made me feel comfortable about choosing his company. Tim set up an appointment time and date to come measure for the new tops. I was surprised when Tim himself came to my house to measure the top. He took his shoes off at the door and did his measuring. The next day, Tim called with the quote and gave me a date when the tops would be done. In a few weeks, they called and the installation crew appeared at my door. Tony and crew did an amazing job installing the tops. Tony informed me of how to care for the tops and was very informative. They cleaned up before they left and even hauled off my old tops. After installation, Tim did a follow up call to see if I was pleased with the tops! Awesome experience!
