SMITH GROUND MANAGEMENT

Smith Grounds Management services my community once a week. This "landscaping" company does about as good of a job as the 12 year old you hired to help save for a new bike. You know he's going to do a terrible job, you'll have to go back and fix it yourself, but you don't mind because it was cheap and went toward a good cause. The problem is, you pay this company and astronomical price to do the job right. Nothing has been performed correctly by this company, ever. The company doesn't live up to their contract. They never come on the specified weekly appointment, so if you needed to move objects to the patio, you're SOL. Edging is never performed, blowing off clippings is haphazard and makes the mess worse. They miss mowing full sections of square footage within each unit's land, brake chunks off of concrete steps with their heavy mowers, and they can barely use a weed whacker. With their trimmer they have broken solar lights, cut cable cords, and literally broken off pieces of siding from the house. What do they do after breaking items? They simply leave it there for you to discover later to your dismay. It's a wonder they even come round to mow as the lawn they supposedly aerate, overseed, fertilize, and apply lime and weed control chemicals, yet I don't believe I have a handful of blades of grass of this "Grade-A Turf Type Fescue Blend". The only way this is possible is if the blend includes 90% weeds. It's p*** poor and I have no earthly idea why our HOA continues to employ these sorry excuses for professionals.
