"Hey [member name removed], we have gone well over above and beyond for you, the pc that you bought from us was working perfectly in the shop, we also free of charge sent a tech to your house, to check all connections and verify pc having problems, no problems found on pc, we determined this was running slower than what you needed for your work, we then had you bring it back in our shop free of charge, upgraded your ram a 120 dollar value that we didnt charge you. We then let you work on the pc in our shop and you verified this pc was up and running to your satisfaction. When the pc left if was running in perfect order, verified by customer and my tech. Im not sure why you would leave is a bad review and not just call us after we have spent our personal time and money trying to help you have something nice for your work. Cant make every happy I guess"
Brough the unit and the parts over at 4 pm on Saturday, July 20th, received a call at 5:15 to state that the work was complete. Super fast service...especially considering it was a Saturday !!!
