 + -1 moreHe couldn't' repair my old computer, so I bought a new computer from him. What should have taken just a few days, took a few weeks and I've had to take it back to him several times and it's still not working. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

 + -1 moreHad to have a new power jack and ribbon cable installed on a Nintendo DS3. Brought the parts to them and they professionally installed for me. I had originally purchased the replacement parts on line, but after learning about this company, I thought I would leverage their expertise to soder the new jack onto the board as I wasn't 100% confident in my skills in doing so. Brough the unit and the parts over at 4 pm on Saturday, July 20th, received a call at 5:15 to state that the work was complete. Super fast service...especially considering it was a Saturday !!!
Description of Work: Provided same day, quick service. On a Saturday no less.

 + -1 moreI sent in an online question about a Wii repair and got a phone call within minutes. Extremely prompt and the tech offered me a quote over the phone with an honest opinion about whether or not to repair the Wii. I opted to purchase another Wii instead of repairing ours, but will use Sho-cal for future computer and gaming needs.
Description of Work: I had a Wii drive that was not working. I got an almost immediate response from Sho-cal with a quote over the phone for the repair. The tech was extremely honest in his assessment of the problem, and suggested I get another Wii since the cost of repair was so high. I appreciate the honesty and will use Sho-cal for future needs as well as recommend to others.
