 + -1 moreExcellent installation even though it wasn't equipment they were familiar with. Initially they had a problem with the smoke detector wiring but they called to understand the technique - taking extra time to insure it was done correctly. They came to my house several times prior to the installation to make sure they knew what needed to be done and that I had all the equipment that was needed. I had to order an extra part because I didn't have enough zones originally on the panel alone. But they told me exactly what was needed and scheduled the install a couple of days after the part came in.
Description of Work: I had bought a new security system to replace my proprietary Brinks system. The owners themselves showed up to do the installation - very prompt and on time. They pride themselves on customer service and it was very evident throughout the installation. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me a lot of helpful information and made sure everything was working before and after. They were responsive to my calls and answered each time I was inquiring about the installation and after I booked the installation. They have customers in 15 counties and it speaks to their work ethic and quality of work. It's a small home-grown business that has grown solely through word-of-mouth. I am using them for monitoring and understand they are the fastest around regarding response time - and in terms of responding, period.
