They provided a detailed estimate and when we agreed they showed up on time.  The work took 10 days, they put down construction paper to protect our wooden floor and plastic on our carpet., each day they removed all the old tile tear down panels and studs,   They rebuild it all back with new tile, glass bath door, opened up the shower are the ceiling,  and gave us  better layout.  

The work was performed on time and on budget, and with excellent quality.  It looks Great!. I have recommended Santi Design to a few friends.

They are marvelous! I would let them go to my mother's house and do anything that she needed done. He is fabulous! Of all the estimates I had, he was the lowest price but that is not the reason I went with him. I went with him because after talking to him, I felt that he knew what he was doing and he wasn't going to rip me off. I would have him and his men do anything. I like to get what I am paying for. He helped me with the designs. He was punctual and his men were courteous and clean. If something wasn't going to work, he told me. And probably I wouldn't be happy with it. He started when he said he was going to.

Fantastic! Fernando and his crew had the room prepped in one day and finished the job the next day. My wife did not like the height of the pendants however they came in precut lengths. Fernando went to work and reconfigured the length in a matter that is undetectable. We were completely satisfied with the work and looking forward to the next project.

Fernando is able to step back and visualize the end result and has been exactly what we had wanted with each project. He does not cut any corners for a shortcut and makes sure everything is perfect upon completion.

Fernando and his crew were professional, on time , clean and true masters of their craft. The team started when they said they would, they finished half a day ahead of schedule . There were no last minute surprises I have brought in most of my neighbors to show them the excellent work this company did. Of the three contractors I interviewed, Fernando was the only one I felt who was going to do a good job at an honest price and he greatly surpassed my expectations .

Great job and still almost in disbelief at what a great and professional job we got for the price! Fernando and his crew showed up like clockwork each and everyday asking us step by step our opinions and additional options. The whole job was completed in about 2 weeks versus the other contractors who quoted us at least 2 months minimum. The small upgrades along the way that Fernando did for us just put this job well over our expectations. From start to finish they were there to answer any questions, provide advice and did an awesome job!!

They were great very professional and they are there when they say they will be there. Very dependable, and stand behind their work.
