PURE AIRE SERVICE

I was so happy with this company that I paid them with cash and because I did that they gave me a discount. I thought that was very nice of them. They were on time and friendly and they were quite reasonable. They just really made me feel comfortable to have them work on my home. I would recommend them to anyone.

It has been over a year and we are still happy with the outcome of the work performed by Pure Air. I will admit, I do not understand exactly how the whole system function, but I can assure you there has never been a problem and everything works as it should. The price escapes me right now since it has been awhile, but we did shop around, and they were the best value we found for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend them to others.

Thank goodness that nothing was wrong and nothing needed replaced. I thought that Pure Air was a very honest company because they could have cost me a fortune to do this. I did not have to pay for the inspection, only if anything needed replaced. The inspection was covered under warranty. I am absolutely happy with Pure Air and I have not one single complaint at this time.

We do not really know the price for the project as it was covered under the new home warranty. We only had to pay a $100 deductible. We were without a furnace from 2 days before Halloween until the very week of Christmas. We were told that the company had ordered the furnace we needed and it would take about a full week to come in. We have a wood burning fireplace in our living room that we had to use that entire time for our heat. We were told on two different occasions by two different employees of this company that they did not think that the furnace was ever ordered. We were getting the run around. Then when we confronted them, some of the people were becoming very short with us and really rude. It finally took us to call the local Better Business people in our area to finally get the system installed. We were told by the boss of this company not to call the Better Business people again, or they will cease all work on our home. We would never use this company again.

This company has some of the nicest people working for them. We have used them before and we are always treated with respect. Everyone always seems very upbeat. They set up the appointment with us and they were right on time. They had no problems with the installation. They made sure it worked just fine before they left. They also made sure we knew what the best energy efficient settings were. We have had no problems with our new system.

It has been almost two years and we have had no problems at all. They did have to initially come back out to adjust our furnace but when we called they came right over and fixed it. The furnace heats well. They were nice people. I think it s a nice company to do business with.

During this whole process, I bought a window air conditioner just to cool down our home. We are older and cannot take that heat. They kept trying things to fix it like change a valve, then a filter. All the while I thought I should just get a new heat pump. They wanted to try everything but that. Then parts would be delayed & I would only get to talk to the dispatcher. I had trouble trying to get people call me back. They would always come when they said they would but the solution never worked. It was very aggravating. Finally they did change a coil under the crawl space and now it works. I cannot say if I would use them again. I would have to think long and hard about it. They did always provide great service on our old unit and that is why I went with them. But now if I needed a big purchase, I am not sure what I would do.

I was pleased with the service that was done in my home and I would say that they were very professional and hard working. There was a small space that they had to get into and had no problems at all getting in there. They were quick and cleaned up everything very well. I was overall pleased with everything that was done. I would recommend them to anyone.

The new duct work we had installed is much better than what was there before. It is much more insulated and we have a lot lower heating and cooling costs. They did a really nice job and they cleaned all of their messes up every day. It took them about a week to get all of the duct work replaced.

Jim Travers is very prompt when called and does effective repairs as needed. Friendly service, tasks always performed fully and competently - reasonable prices. Excellent service.
