We have been bug-free since their services. They have been very nice to deal with. We were concerned about boxcelder bugs, so we talked to him about it. He said it was best not spray outside because it could kill other things as well, so he gave us tips on what to do. Eventually they went away, so his advice worked.

They weren't overpriced. They were very pragmatic. They didn't do unnecessary work. They were prompt about coming the second time. They were professional and knowledgeable guys.

Tim Edwards came out the same day that we called. He was really good. By the time we figured out that this was a dead animal, the smell had gotten really bad. It was a very hot day when he came out. Their charge was very reasonable as well.

Chuck responded to my initial call within 24 hours and had the termite bait stations and pest treatment completed within 72 hours. Chuck's company is small enough so that their customers get personal treatment. I didn't feel like I was just another account to him. He specifically asked about any problem areas and made sure that they got extra treatment.

I'm in the Real Estate biz, and these guys do all my termite inspections. This time I hired them to treat my own home, and they did a great job as usual. Chuck is great and I can always count on him.
