He did great. It was expensive, but he did great. We had a bathtub that wouldn't run hot water, and he removed the faucet part and replaced a piece in the faucet and it works fine now. He was very professional, he was fast, and very knowledgeable. He liked our dogs!

The HOA owns the streets and utilities in our development, including the water mains. When a major leak occurred in an 8and quot; water main, we had to get it fixed and quickly. We have 110 homes, most of them occupied by seniors. We could not isolate the leaking section, so we had to shut off water to all 110 homes.
Kuester Management Group, our property manager sent out Plumbing Masters, Inc. to address the situation. Although we were pushing them to start digging right away, their President, Joe Donofrio, wisely called in emergency utility locators to be sure it was safe to dig. It's a good thing he did, as they located a natural gas line in close proximity to the leaking water main. That meant a lot of hand digging, instead of being able to do most of the excavation with a backhoe.
Joe and his crew put in long hours that day. They got to the leak source but then had to locate and procure a difficult-to-find part. Through it all, we very much appreciated Joe's patience in explaining details and in communicating their progress. The ordeal was handled as well as it could be under the circumstances.
