Things went very well. He had given me an estimate between $1500 and $2000, because he didn't know how much rotten wood he would run into since it was for an older house. He was extremely friendly, and he came across like a brother. He explained things and how long it would take. He said it might take about three days, but it only took two days. He did an excellent job, and he took the time to do it right. He's proud of what he does.
