Installed a vent for a heating system that interferes with excess to get to heating filters and other equipment in the crawlspace. I ask them to remove some dirt to get easier excess they did not.

He went out of his way to offer me a fantastic quote for a fabulous system. Pierce and Preston did a remarkable installation on the new system. They double checked everything and did an awesome job cleaning up and hauling away the old units. Jake was the technician who serviced my AC. I thought I needed a whole new unit, but after spending some time working, Jake found the problem. He replaced the broken part and I had air that very day. He was very professional and courteous. Also, Lindsay, the woman in the office, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely use Penguin again!

Their quote was very reasonable, they showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame quoted. I'd recommend them again.
