He's incredibly knowledgeable about all of the details--not just how to show, sell and find a home, but also about negotiating techniques, such as ways to present offers and counter-offers to help ensure their success. Also, he was very easy to get along with and very professional--two traits that come to mean a lot when you spend a lot of time with someone you didn't previously know.
Description of Work: Michael helped us list our house for sale, and helped us buy a new house. As our listing agent, Michael took excellent pictures of our house, wrote a listing summary that was fresh, appealing and completely without the user Realtor clich s, and helped us stage our house. His advice helped us show our house at its best; we had about one showing each day after it listed and sold the house for just under our asking price in 3 weeks. As our buyer's agent, he seemed tireless in helping us view 20+ houses in 3 days (sometimes accompanied by our small children). He listened to all of our likes/dislikes and helped us find the perfect house for us...we closed one day after our original home sold, minimizing our hotel stay. Michael received the standard 3% of our sales price as the listing agent and 3% of the sales price on the new home as our buyer's agent.
