I was pleased with that however, the windows had a lifetime warranty and the seal on the windows ended up going bad after a number of years.  They did replace those windows but the guy that did it did not do a great job, he actually ended up cracking some of the vinyl and glass.  I called them not long ago about that and he said that they didn’t do that but there is no other way these cracks would happen and I knew it happened then.  I did finally get in touch with them because some of the windows are leaking after we got heavy rains.  Randy said he would come but he did not, so I was unhappy because they are not standing behind their work.  I like the guy, I know that he is a good Christian guy and I understand that he didn’t have much control on this guy that worked for him.  This guy was not just very accommodating.  It was not a huge priority but at the same time, I was not happy that they didn’t come back and look at the leak even though I had warranty on windows.  They are a good company, they are good guys and I thought whenever I got in touch with them they would certainly take care of me, which they hadn’t done.  He said he ran a hose and checked and nothing was leaking but running a hose is not like a down pouring rain and depending on the angle of the rain, sometimes it leaked sometimes it didn’t.  I just didn’t even follow up beyond that, I didn’t feel like talking to them because I felt like they might not be interested in taking care of what needed to be taken care of.  When they first came to install it, I thought they did a very good job.  I chose them because they were local and was not a big company.  I called them, I went by their showroom and thought they were good guys and would do a good job.  They did come back and replace the glass on a window. 

They did an excellent job.  They were very responsive.  It was nice to be able to use and support a local company.  He gave me a very reasonable price, and took a lot of time to thoroughly explain the process.  I will use them again.

It was a fantastic experience.  I am so thrilled with how wonderful my house looks now.

Excellent. Quote was what I wanted to pay, was taken to sites to see what the finished product would look like, dates of start and completion were to my satisfaction. Left job each day clean of materials. Workman were easy to work with and supervisor came to job a number of times thoughout the process to be sure everything was going according to plan. Was able to have input and make some changes with no additional cost. This is my third time I have used them and would recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

Randy came out an measured all the windows, showed us the window that would be going in an how it worked. This happen after I had got two other quotes for the job. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the work crew. The job was done in one day, clean up around the house great. I was really surprised how fast they got the work done.
