M&J was very responsive and professional. The work scope was executed quickly.

Another great job done by M&J Electric. Hired them for another project back in February and the same quality work performed by Chris was done today as well. Chris arrived a little bit early which was not an issue at all, work was done in a timely but careful manner which was much appreciated. Will definitely hire them again for future work needed.

When I selected a company did not respond, I was given M & J and they contacted me right away. They were very helpful and gave good advice on what I wanted to do.

I needed a recessed light installed over my shower which did not have an existing light. My technician was Matt. He arrived on time, listened to what I wanted done and got started right away. I supplied my own materials, which was my choice. Matt originally thought that he would have to do the install a different/more time consuming way, which would increase the price, but he was able to figure out a way to complete the install without an increase in my original quote. Total install took about 2.5hrs.

They called right away, came right out, and took care of the problem. I was just really pleased with how fast they responded. They took care of a safety issue for us and took preventative measures.

The person that was originally scheduled for my job was sick that day and they sent someone from their Charlotte office up for me. The total job actually ended up costing me less than I was expecting! He recommended a plumber for something else that I needed and they even came the same day! He knew I was moving and didn't have a whole lot of time - I'm so glad they were willing to help me out!

We thought it was a bit expensive but it may have been the going rate.

Chris is amazing at diagnosing and fixing the problem while explaining the "why" behind the issue at a level I could understand. He is an amazing asset to your company!

agent was very good but had to convince him to replace bad wiring with romex. Old Wiring was HEATING WIRE and "cooked" out last thermostat . Also had to convince him to remove floor tile (excellent job) to access and run new wires up wall chase.Once convinced I knew what I was talking about, work went smoohlt. Quite satisfied with work over all.
