I have not been to the newest Southend location. The quality of products is unmatched by any lighting store in the area. When asked about local competitors, the owner replied the only competitor in the area for what they provide is their other store, which is undoubtedly true. Along with the quality comes cost. Cost with benefit. I installed cheap under-cabinet puck lights that kept failing. I would go back to purchase an entire 5-pack of these lights because they failed that often. Eventually, I got fed up and came to LBU. I purchased five "quality" puck lights with Xenon bulbs (less heat and more efficient than halogen) for $100. I have not had any problems since. This store represents the European design elements with modern lighting. Adding modern light fixtures is a great way to enhance and update the home. I did grade the price with a B only because I found same brand track lighting at a home improvement store for half the cost, but then again, LBU isn't competing with the bigger home improvement stores.

They were very inexpensive. And they were done in an afternoon. I was very happy.
