 + -1 moreJames arrived and performed a consultation and estimate for free. The estimate was emailed over to me that week. Once I purchased the tile from the supplier, James was very eager to schedule the work with me. We got started and throughout the process the crew kept the work space and my home very clean. Their attention to detail was great. Everyday they informed me of the progress. When the work was complete, James reminded me that I had a 1 year warranty on his labor and to call him if I needed anything.
Description of Work: J.E.S. Flooring replaced my laminate floors in my kitchen with ceramic tile.The existing laminate and padding was removed only to find that the previous home owners had left the old vinyl under the laminate floors. The crew removed this for Free!! They then proceeded to install my ceramic tile (I purchased the materials separately) on the concrete slab. After the tile was installed, they put trim around the perimeter of the room and painted it also. The tile was then sealed with a sealer to prevent grout breakage since this is in the kitchen where water is located.
