Computer Repair
They gave me a time frame and they stayed within that time. Although I am not an expert IT person, I can get around computers fairly well, so once they learned my level of knowledge, they spoke from there. The options they gave me were direct and very do-able. With the tax-free holiday in 4 days, I figured it would be best for me to purchase new. What was really nice was that they disclosed up front that the diagnostic fee was $50 flat which is waived if they do the work. When I picked up the computer to just take home, Bob did not charge me at all saying it literally took them just a couple minutes to figure out the problem. How wonderful to deal with "local shop owners" who have the latitude to make those decisions. You don't find that with the big franchises!

They were honest. When you're not a computer person, they can tell you anything. It was inexpensive to fix. It just needed a new fan & they fixed a bent pin that was caused by a previous company.
