Used Mac for two separate bathrooms. He took more than 3 months to do the job. Would show up sometimes, not other days when he was supposed to be here. Charged us around 40,000. (Doesn’t include materials) and a couple months after he was done we noticed our downstairs bathroom ceiling was cracked and had holes in it because he didn’t install a fan. Talked to our electrician who said it is code to put in a fan. Mac told us that he didn’t need to have it to code because he didn’t pull a permit. Really?! Then he wrote me a text when I said there were issues that he was going to charge me for my time. Steer clear.
