We began using Indian Trail Heat and Air about three years ago when we moved into a new house. The system was eleven years old at that time and never maintained. George and Randy came out and went through the whole system. They made a few minor repairs and changes and we put the system under an annual maintenance contract. Over the years we've had a number of service calls for the system related to it being old, previously unmaintained, and needing to be replaced. George and Randy have always been prompt to respond, only fixed what was broken, had fair pricing and dealt we us honestly. The guys are well informed and while I don't like the reason I need to call them out, I always enjoy the interaction. I feel confident recommending Indian Trails Air and Heat.

We had hired a general contractor to help us with our remodel of our entire house. Indian Trail Air and Heat was who he used for the HVAC work. This contractor did a great job. He ran the calculations and determined that our existing upstairs units were large enough to heat and cool the newly finished sun room (now office and master bath room). This eliminated the new to replace and upsize either of these units. This alone saved us a lot of money. He was able to run the new duct work in the basement as such to minimize the need to lower the ceiling in basement as much as possible.

I had made the decision to change out our old thermostats myself upstairs. When I ran into problems with this since the contractor had to come out and do a start up of the new system he looked at this and fixed the problem quickly. Even after this the old units would not come on. He was able to diagnose the problem (electrical breakers were bad) and let us know what was needed to fix. This allowed us to quickly get an electrician out to fix as we were moving in in just a few days.

I would use this contractor again and would recommend someone else use them as well.
