Bob worked carefully and made sure he had fixed the problem. He is polite and asks for instruction to make sure he understands what is wanted. He gave me an itemized estimate which included materials.

Bob worked with us after we closed on our house and before the "move in" date. This was critical to us as we needed a lot done and did not want additional activity right after we moved. He worked steadily for a solid week which included working on some very hot days in a very hot garage. He made several trips to pick up supplies and sometimes met me at Lowe's to decided on fixtures. Bob is just great - we have recommended him to friends and co-workers, and they have all been pleased. One of my co-workers needed someone she could trust and count on as she had to make a quick move to Asheville and therefore needed to get her house ready to sell in a hurry. She told me how pleased she was. We have had Bob help us previously and were so pleased, not only with his work, but also with his nice personality and work ethic. It is refreshing to have someone do what they say they will do and be pleasant even under difficult circumstances such as hot weather, unexpected plumbing problems, etc.

Bob was extremely professional, prompt, excellent communication, and very prepared for my enormous "to do" list. I'd hire him again with zero hesitation!!!!!! He is an extremely hard worker and an all around great guy!!
