The repair was made and the electrician made the final check to assure all of the outlets were working properly.

At first, we had some trouble with where the outlets were moved but they came right back and redid the work to our satisfaction as well as reorganize our light switches to make more sense logically. Very good communication and responsiveness. Customer satisfaction was important to them.

Overall I think it went well. He was there for two days. He was always on time. He left the area clean.

It was EXCELLENT!! The electrician was prompt and he worked very quickly. He even went out of his way to fix a problem issue with an outlet that was attached to one of the outlets that needed replacing.

Excellent, very professional experience. Ashley set the appointment and even confirmed with a follow-up call. Danny showed up and I walked him through my home repairs. Danny confirmed all my parts were within code. He ran into the same odd connectivity issue that caused the connection to fail. He troubleshot the issue and found the bad builder connection. Once he confirmed, he reinstalled the main light switch which cause the connection to drop. He went back into the wire rat nest and fixed the loose connection. After he completed the repairs and we confirmed the connection was live he even offered to help me install the fan. I purchased an hour and only needed about 20 minutes but I was very happy with the willingness to use the whole hour but just didn't need it .... Overall, great experience and will definitely call on them when I have electrical issues in the future.

We received a prompt response and appointment when we called the office. The electrician (Jason) arrived right on time and offered a cost effective solution for our kitchen lighting. Very pleased with the service and overall experience.

I called Gowdy Electric on January 3, late in the day. I was told that Chad would call me the next day. The next day I didn't hear from him, so I called Gowdy after noon and was told that he would be given another message to call me. Chad called a couple of hours later and said he was given the wrong area code in the first message to call me. (That is a new excuse!) He said he would be here the next day around noon. I asked if he could come closer to 10:00, since I had to leave by 10:30 and would not be back till afternoon. He said he would be here by 9:30. He did not show up. He did not call. Rather than wasting more of my time and getting another silly excuse for why he didn't show up, I called another electrician. Chad and Gowdy are apparently not interested in new business or getting a good review.

Great. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Jason discovered the problem was a bad socket in the light. Due to the type of pendant light, the socket was unable to be replaced. He suggested that I could get new wiring replacements for all three lights and therefore the pendants would be uniform. Jason went to Lowe's after I agreed his idea was a good one. He also bought new candelabra lights to replace the LED's that were in there before. He explained how the LED's burn so much hotter than the other. This was why the socket burned out in the first place. He did an excellent job fixing the problem. Jason was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job explaining what he was doing every step of the way. I was also impressed that he went out of his way to get what was needed to fix the problem. Whenever I need any electrical work done in the future, I will definitely call Gowdy Electric.

Technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Discussed other items we wanted done and he said an estimator would contact us for a quote. Never heard back after 2 weeks and contacted office. Was told they would check on it and they never contacted us back. Guess they don't need the business so we will find someone else
