When we first started with GBUSA, they were wonderful. Drivers were punctual and friendly. Apparently they are under new management because our pickup was delayed two days every week for over a month. They also threw away our recycle bin and failed to bring us a new one even a month after requesting one. Enough is enough. They weren't even concerned when we called to cancel our service.

We started using the over 5 years ago. They have since been bought (twice) and have been horrible since the last acquisition. Our trash wasn't picked up 2 weeks in a row. They said they scheduled a special pick up after I called and that didn't happen. And now for 6 weeks in a row I've gotten a call that my trash will be picked up day late. The only positive is they are $5 per quarter cheaper than others. That's it. They used to have wonderful people working there who were so helpful of you needed to contact them but not since they changed parent companies. I am now changing services.

Garbage was picked up late (days late) or not at all. Office staff tries to be helpful however months of complaining have not rectified problems,

6 weeks ago I gave them a c rating. Since then I have been unable to contact company about a over payment. Also in the last 6 weeks, my Friday pick up has happened on Saturday or Sunday. This week, they failed to pickup recycle garbage.

We have had trash pick up for almost a year with this company and there have been multiple times we have had to call because our trash was not picked up. There have been AT LEAST 2 instances when we have gone more 2 weeks with no trash pick up. Every time we have called (each day trash was not picked up) we were told that a work order was put in and it would be picked up that day, which never happened. We are finally fed up with paying for a service that is not being provided. I do not recommend using this company. The picture attached is a week and half worth of trash that has not been picked up. Like every time we called and were told it would be picked up that day....it is still here, now animals have gotten into it. Unacceptable!

These guys used to do a good job until Waste Management took over. Our neighborhood, Stonegate, used to get picked up early on Fridays. Now it is always between 4:30 and 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Last week and this week, our recycling has not been picked up at all, as of 3:15 on Saturday. This makes our neighborhood look terrible. I have complained numerous times and received promises of improvement but it doesn't happen. It's like our neighborhood isn't assigned to a route and they send drivers out after they have completed their route. If you are looking for a provider, look elsewhere.

It is working out fine - this is an on-going service, the company bills quarterly and is good about sending the invoice out well ahead of due date. Except for a lack of communication when they took over Covenant Waste's accounts in January 2014, they have picked up garbage each week except once. I wish they had a recycling program that was automatically part of their service.

Trash and recycling pickup has been uninterrupted, but they will not pick up yard waste even though their web site says they do. Calls are not answered nor are messages returned. I have submitted requests for pickups of yard waste with no response to the tickets or phone calls. My last two bills have been incorrect and have had new bills sent, but no response to any inquiries. I cannot recommend using this company and will be changing as soon as I find another company to work with.

Provider took over accounts from Covenant Waste which we used for years and were fine. As soon as God Bless the USA took over our account the quality dropped to F. They missed pickups, promised more than twice to be there the same day or early morning the next and never arrived. Our trash is overflowing and with nice warm days stinks more and more.
We are switching to another company. I have no idea how this company could have an and quot;Aand quot; rating. BEWARE and DO NOT USE this Company! They need to change there business name.. what a disgrace using GOD and America in their name and providing horrible service.

They actually answer their phone when you call which never happened with our previous company. I highly recommend them.

We pay $54 a quarter. They are reliable in terms of when they come. They are flexible in terms of what they will pick up. They are very well priced. The customer service has been a lot better when I've had to call them than the other companies in the region.

Their billing services are in extreme disarray. Their invoices are confusing and misleading and often duplicated, which led to my overpaying. Three months into the contract, they started billing us for twice-weekly service, while picking up only once, as agreed. By the time I discovered the error, I had overpaid $174 dollars. It took several emails and phone calls before GBUSA admitted their error. In an email, the owner agreed to pay back the $174, but only after "written verification in the form of an e-mail in response to this correspondence that the $174 is a full and complete settlement for all matters relating to any and all disputes surrounding your account and services provided by God Bless the USA, Inc. As stated, our company can not and will not provide service to your home in the future regardless of possible acquisitions." That last part was a reference to his claim on the phone that he was going to buy out the other trash collection companies in our area! We refused to respond to this bullying. Consequently, we have not received the $174. In December, 3 months after canceling the contract, we received an invoice for November service in the amount of $70. Unbelievably unprofessional.

"This is the third time we have been requested to resolve this claim. We have gone by their home 2 separate times to pick up the cart. We told them we would pay the $174 when our cart was collected. Each time, the cart was not out for collection. We tried to resolve this with them. Their faces are far from accurate on the sequence of events. There is no pleasing this very difficult customer. We will send $150 today to their home. They will receive the rest once the cart is returned or they call our office to tell us when it can be collected. They must have the cart out when we come to collect it. We offered to refund their money and give them free servce - customer no interested. Erik Blowers, President."
