Initially set up a service call for my spa. Gave credit card number on phone so that part could be ordered. 10 days later I had to call and found out the part was never ordered. I ended up contacting another repair service who came out that day and fixed it. I am still waiting for my credit on the card. Everytime I get someone on the phone, they say that credit will appear. Fortunately I can tell the credit card company to remove the charge. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

UGH! A truly horrible experience. Doing business with ?Fun City? was a mistake we vow never to repeat. On our initial visit, their salesman Forest was very helpful in educating us about hot tubs. We weren?t ready to buy at that time and returned several months later, where a female salesperson (you know who you are) sold us what ended up being the false promise of a hot tub. She assured us of a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. Eight weeks later, we hadn?t heard anything so we checked in. ?Fun City? acted as if they hadn?t ever heard of us or taken our money. After some phone-tag and escalation, we were eventually told that we had selected a ?custom? finish for the tub for which the factory was STILL trying to locate the appropriate acrylic material. Since the tub was integral to a concurrent screened porch project, it then became our daily task to call or stop by their store to try to determine the fate of our >$6K investment. It seemed that each time we did so we received a different excuse or false delivery date from Forest or Steve (the owner). Finally, over three months later, we agreed to accept a different tub in order to meet our porch project schedule. It wasn?t the tub we wanted or had paid for, but we had a project to finish and needed to get on with our lives. RUN AWAY!!! There must be better, more professional options out there.
