Ed was FANTASTIC!  You could tell he really wanted to make my life easier when I contacted him.  We agreed on a price and he showed up on time both times, with help, and finished VERY quickly.  He charged me exactly as much as he quoted even though I think the work was a little more than he expected, especially at my new build.  His dumpsters are great because he can get them into places that normal dumpster companies can't get them.  He was able to pull the dump trailer right up to the side of the house so all he had to do was throw the trash out the window right into the dumpster.

When he did the rental cleanout for me, I called him up and told him I thought it was maybe one trailer full of stuff and he was able to do a quote over the phone, only with the caveat that if it was more than one dumpster it would be a little more.  Luckily it was only one (he did a good job placing the stuff in there) and so we both walked away happy.
