They were punctual, they cancelled one day, and had to delay, because they had to roll the carpet out, and it was raining.

My expierence with Jason over at Discount Floor Covering Outlet was beyond exceptional. He came out, gave my husband and I a quote, explained the procedure and what was going to be done first, and most of all informed my on my choices and the differences of each product, as opossed to tryin to sell me a specific product. I received 3 estimates and Discount Floor Coverings Estimate was alot cheaper than the other guys for the same exact materials. He stoped by during each process to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions i had. All of his employees were excelent. Jason and his crews were very well mannored and treated my home with the upmost respect. It was always " yes mam " " no mam" which you dont find much anymore from these big companies. They came in and not only dd their work, but also kept my feelings in mind, putting me at ease with answered questions and a job well done. He is also recarpeting one of my rental properties tomorrow. and i only gave him a 24 hour notice.
I would without a doubt recomend Jason Grubb and Discount Floor Covering Outlet to anyone needing any type of flooring work done. This company is top notch, very respectfull, and the quality or workmanship is unsurpassed. A+ in my book.

I saw there store close to where I live and decided to go in to check out prices and get a quote. Staff was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgable. I spoke with the owner who was able to come by the house and give me a quote the same day. The prices were cheaper than most other places I went to, so I decided to go with them. They were able to come the very next week to install the flooring. I don't typically see this from people that work at people homes from previous experiences but they seemed to be extra respectful to not leave messes or track unwanted debris inside the house. Seeing as how I have a 4 year old I wouldn't want them breathing the bad air anyways. Now almost a month later there has been no problems and it seems they have done a fantastic job. A+ I have already recommended them to a friend.

Discount Floor Covering Outlet was good, but it was a slow process. He told me it would take 2 1/2 days, and it took him 4 days. He does not follow up. I have had a problem with the floors since, and called him 5 times. He has never responded to me. I would not suggest them. I would not use them again in the future.
