Diamond Floor Covering

I will not be using them again. They were supposed to replace the laminate hardwood in the kitchen eating area only. They cut through the laminate hardwood in that area and continued into the kitchen and then expected me to pay for the kitchen area as well or "at least split the difference" with them. When taking up the laminate, they tried using what amounted to a jack hammer and were taking pieces of the concrete slab up with it. I made them stop and they were telling me it was no big deal and that they could just patch it. At the rate they were going, they would have been pouring new concrete! In the kitchen they installed white shoe molding but did not fill in the holes left by the nails. They also put the white shoe molding under the cabinets which are brown. There was an area where the carpet came loose between the carpet and the laminate hardwood. I have been trying for over three months to get them to come back and correct these two items without success.
