David Waddell Plumbing
About us
I am a one person business and personally handle all work. IF YOU CONTACT ME VIA Angie's List message for questions and quotes I might not receive your message for a few days. Call or text 704-400-8128 Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, cash, check, convenience check against a credit card and I will accept gold / silver bullion for payment of services if arranged ahead of time. Payment due upon completion of services rendered, or if the job is done in phases, at the completion of each phase. I specialize in residential service and repair for individual homeowners, and am not seeking business to business work (i.e. rental / investment properties, apartments, service contracts for commercial work). If time permits, however, I will do minor repair work on a business to business basis as long as it is understood that availability does not have priority over regular individual customers.

We gave David Waddell a call and he was able to accomodate us on short notice. He tried to augur the line as well, to no avail. Then, rather than replacing the toilet, he disassembled it and went to work on it to find the cause of the blockage. It turns out it was a was a credit-card size piece of plastic in a very awkward location.
Eventually David was able to remove it, and re-assembled the toilet - which now works with no issues.
Total cost? $120 (as compared to the $300+ quoted by Roto Rooter).
I will not hesitate to work with David again.
