BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARRASSED BY THE OWNER AT 6:26 in the morning!!!!! I called 8 times since 5/10/17, as my service kept shutting iff, sometimes for hours, sometimes for days...not a SINGLE return call over a 2 week period. I finally got a text from Nateena (who is always nasty) AFTER OVER 2 WEEKS OF CALLING, that said, once again, the problem was either my pc or cable (which they installed). Requested an actual call back several times, as well as if it was the line that THEY INSTALLED, for an appointment for someone to come fix it. She texted back "perhaps you need to find a better provider". I told her she was being unreasonable, as I have called And not gotten any return calls for over 2 weeks, And was on auto pay, so my bill is always paid! I again requested an appointment, no response, as usual. I had finally had enough of this, it has happened 5 months of the 10 months I have had them. Called my credit card company to tell them to not allow Dasianet LLC to continue billing me and I was terminating services immediately. They have me information on agencies to report them to, and told me to let them know I was terminating services. So I texted Nateena and Matt (who is just as rude if he ever had to actually work) that since they will not return calls and requests for service for something I am paying for, And this has happened numerous times, I was terminating my services immediately and to remove my credit card information. No response, of course. The next morning, the so called "OWNER" Dave was blowing up my phone with texts AT 6:27AM!!!! He announced he was the owner, and was very rude in several texts. I responded why I was terminating services, explaining ALL THE INSTANCES OVER SEVERAL MONTHS, that staff would not return calls, that I would no longer continue to pay for services not recieved, that no one would fix the problem repeatedly, that Nateena had suggested I "find a better provider" and refused to schedule anyone to come out to fix it, and that I had spoken to others that had the same EXACT experiences I had, FROM NO RETURNED CALLS TO NASTY STAFF TO BEING GIVEN THE SAME EXCUSES . I was actually very nice about it, figuring as the "owner", maybe he did not know how rude his staff were and that services were not being provided regularly, even though I was billed every month. I also requested he not TEXT me (because they NEVER ACTUALLY CALL) at 6:37AM!!!! And he claimed I had scheduled an appointment for that very morning!!!! Really???? No one told me, they refused to respond when I asked for a day and time!!!! I advised him I have my texts and phone records to prove it. His response.....wait for it...."we are glad you quit and btw your neighbors don't like you either. Have a good weekend with a smile icon! Lol, at that point, I advised him I could not believe he was an "owner" but he proved how unprofessional, ONCE AGAIN, he and his business are. I also advised him I was blocking their numbers, as I will not be HARRASSED by them for terminating services when they refuse to provide any yet I am paying for it. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE THEM FOR INTERNET!!!!!

SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MONEY AND DIDNT. WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND TOLD ME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
