Computer Doc, Inc. opened its doors in 1997 and since then has been consistently building a strong reputation for providing full service computer repair, upgrades, networking, consultation, sales for residential and business customers in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Kevin Acoveno, owner and operator, a licensed Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), is recognized by the industry as a leading expert in the computer field. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering & Technology and has over 21 years of industry experience. All Computer Doc technicians are A+ and MCSE Certified. Ongoing training for our technicians is a vital part of our company. When a computer technician has over 24 years experience it means that he has the knowledge and troubleshooting skill of working with many versions of operating systems, network configurations, and various software applications. For the client, this translates into quicker diagnosis and more efficient solutions. Response time for repair is crucial. Usually if we receive a phone call before 10am weekdays, we can usually have the problem diagnosed and solved by the next day.
