These guys are miracle workers. They removed paint overspray from all over my new Toyota RAV4, no thanks to my husband, and it looks great! I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car looking new again no matter how old it is. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys!

Paint reconditioning and detailing. New paint protection. Car looked phenomenal, and they cleaned the interior (which wasn’t part of the deal). A bit pricey overall, but the work was great.

Could not have gone better. I spoke with Tim and then Brian a few times to get information to help me decide on the treatment package to purchase. They were very helpful and not pushy....they didn't try to sell me the most expensive package. Instead they listened to what I wanted, type of vehicle and helped me make a good choice. Tim was able to schedule my service the very next day. So I took the car in on Tuesday and it was ready by Wednesday. Both Tim and Brian were very nice, low key and not 'salesy'. They did an amazing job on my car, I love it!!!

Excellent job by the staff. An interior nob was accidently damaged during the process and Tim took full responsibility, no problems or hassle. This was a 17-year old GMC Yukon getting ready to put up for sale and the team did a fantastic job getting in prime shape!

I recently bought a used black car at night from a local dealer. It's never a good idea to buy a car at night but the deal was too good to pass up. I noticed the following day after my purchase that the car had been through numerous automatic car washes because it had swirl marks throughout the paint. Black is difficult to keep clean but swirl marks really stand out on a black car, especially on a sunny day.

A couple of weeks ago, I was asked to show my car at the Charlotte Auto Fair. Anyone that has been to a car show knows that the cars are meticulous. I stopped by Detailing by Tim and spoke with Brian Carpenter. Brian took a look at my car and assured me that they could make the car look new and remove most of the swirl marks. They didn't disappoint. The car looked great for the show and I even had someone ask me what I used on the car because they had never seen a black car without any swirl marks or scratches. They made my paint look better than when the car was new.

We were hoping for a smoke smell to be removed from the car, and the odor was drastically improved immediately.  Several weeks later it is gone.

Alex was the technician who performed the services. He was on time, after low temps postponed the 8AM appointment to 10AM. He got to work immediately, and did not stop until the work was completed. My 2009 RDX looks showroom new. The interior wasn't bad to begin with, but the products used on the leather and other surfaces made the interior look brand new. I am glad I upgraded to have the engine cleaned. All of the nooks and crannies, inside and out, were cleaned. Carpet and floor mats shampooed really well. Recent rain beaded up better than any detailing I have had done. It's expensive, but if you want your vehicle to last and look great, this is a great service.
