THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CAROLINA GARDENS. WE FEEL LIKE WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND TREATED EXTREMELY POORLY AS CUSTOMERS. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER. THE MAN THAT OWNS THIS BUSINESS YELLED AT, CUSSED AND BELITTLED MY WIFE TO TEARS, ONCE I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH HIM, HE YELLED AND CUSSED AT ME AS WELL. THE PURCHASING PROCESS WAS FINE AND THE PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE BUT THEY DID NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL AND THE FOLLOW UP SERVICE AND TREATMENT WAS HORRIFIC.
