The craftsmanship was great but be forewarned, the owner DOES NOT ANSWER and DOES NOT RETURN calls after the contract is signed. After the signing of the contract you are on your own. Like pulling teeth to get the electrician out to finish the job, along with all the other sub-contractors. A 4 month job took 9 months.

He would not return phone calls.

We had an amazing experience with this company. The people we dealt with were great. Everyone was so polite. The crew of guys who did the project was highly skilled. Their craftsmanship is amazing. We are going to need some work done this coming year. We already agreed that this company will be the first and only company that we call.

After we had the plan, contract, and permit, I would not get them to commit to a time to begin the project. I would keep calling him and he would have one excuse after another why he could not start. I finally just canceled the rest of the service contract because I was scared he would just run off with more of my money.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!

DOUG MARSH IS ONE OF THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE BUILDERS I EVER MET. HIS BID WAS THE HIGHEST, BUT I CHOSE HIM ANYWAY. I ALSO HAD TO WAIT 3 MONTHS FOR HIM TO START BECAUSE OF HIS BACKLOG OF WORK, BUT I'M CONFIDENT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. DOUG HAS EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS AND TOOK A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING OPTIONS TO ME SO I GOT WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HE ALSO WASN'T AFRAID TO TELL ME IF I HAD A BAD IDEA AND WHY. FOR EXAMPLE SINCE I WAS GETTING A LIGHT ATTIC STORAGE FLOOR HE SUGGESTED A HALF MOON WINDOW FOR THE FRONT GABLE TO PROVIDE NATURAL LIGHT. IT MAKES THE GARAGE LOOK A LOT BETTER AND REALLY HELPS WHEN I'M UP THERE. I WISH MY HOUSE WAS THIS WELL CONSTRUCTED.
