After finish project , contractor not answer call , do not come to fix some issue

I discovered a leak under my master bath sink. Water was spewing out of the pipes and was all over the bathroom floor, had travelled under the wall to the laundry closet, then out onto the laminate floor in the living room. I was able to turn the water off and soak up most of the water.
Doug Brooker from Brooker Plumbing had been recommended by my parents (for whom he did some work the week before) and several others at my church. He responded quickly to the request and fixed the leak, installed the new faucet I had purchased previously, and replaced the pipes under the sink. He did the repairs with the same care that he would take in his own home.
Doug took time to show me the broken parts and explain what he was doing. He did not give me a hard sell (or any sell) on expensive products that I did not need, like I have experienced with a different plumber. I am pleased with the quality and price paid for the work, as well as his honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend Brooker Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber.
