Brian's Landscaping & Lawn Service LLC

Brian Ollice has change his business name to Ollice Lawnscaping and Lawn Service. He brought out his sons to assist with the work. It appears he completed what we agreed upon. Because he had all his boys doing different things, it was hard to see if every thing was applied. The results are that grass has grown through-out most of the lawn but also in our bush and flower beds. If I use him again next year, I will insist that he uses a grass spreader that prevents spreading the grass seed out side the lawn and I will also want to see the product bags before they are applied. Brian Ollice's quality was graded a B to reflect the amount of work I have had to preform to remove the grass growing in the beds and under the bushes.

I cannot tell you all he did. He cleaned up our yard so we could put our house on the market.  He made the statement "We would need someone in the fall because it was too hot (in August) to deep prune some of the shrubs.  My husband is not able to do yard work, he is has acute  Diabetes and has lost eyesight in his left eye.  We have the house on Market, my husband, Bo,( A. Kirk) Hardee,  should have called Brian last week. He does forget to do things!!!.  I desperately need Brian as soon a possible, may take two trips to fix the back yard and front.  Brian knows I am unable to walk.  I am on a walker or wheelchair.   I have not seen the yard but I know it needs some serious pruning and TLC to make it look good.  If you can GET IN TOUCH WITH HIME ASAP, I would appreciate it.  We have a showing tomorrow.  I know this is a short notice,  I thought Bo had taken care of this; however, today I find he has not called ore contacted you.

The question you asked "How did it go".  We could not ask any landscaper to do more for us than Brian did.  I am sorry Bo did not fill out this questionnaire concerning Brian's work.  We have moved to a temporary residence until the house on Cumberland sells.  We are at 441 Lakenheath Ln., in Matthews, NC.28102.  I think you have our temporary address.  Our telephone is the same Number, 74-321-0697.

I'm always pleased to come home every Monday to see that my lawn looks excellent. I can always count on Brian to do an exceptional job!

I had to point out some places that needed to be trimmed, but other than that there have been no problems, and that's a small thing. I really appreciate that they are reliable and steady.

Outstanding job!! Brian's son and helper did an fabulous job!! Very professional easy to work with! He asked me how to trim and checked back with me to make sure the trimming was to satisfaction. They did not rush through the job. These guys are fantastic, and so much better than the larger companies! Thank you so much! I will definitely use you all again!

I have been using them for about 6 months. They are prompt. They do their job. Their prices are reasonable. Brian Ollice is very polite. It costs me $150/month for 3 acres.

The work went great. The company and people were great too.

He just mowed and trimmed my lawn for me but he is really expensive, like $110 a month or $35 each time. He was in and out, he was fine for just mowing and trimming and I didn't have him do anything for the landscaping and I wouldn't have him do that either. His price was very good and he always came on time. I would refer him only for mowing and blowing service. He has finished his service for me, so I will not be using him again in the future.

brian has performed this service since 2010. He is reliable, efficient, thorough, and trustworthy.

Brian is very affordable and shows up when says he will be here. I now use him weekly

He comes once a week to cut our grass and edge - he does a great job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend his services to anyone.

They were so responsive. Brian is the owner and operator. His son works with him. He miscalculated the amount of sod and he wanted to make sure everything was done before Thanksgiving in case we had guests coming. He worked that Wednesday as hard as he could and then came back that Monday to finish up. He did a really nice job and his price was quite good. We have decided to hire him to maintain it all because we were really pleased. He was very polite and punctual. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was a real pleasure to work with.
