They were absolutely wonderful.  They were on time and friendly.  They explained everything to us in detail.  If there was a problem they would call me ahead of time.  They give me ample time to figure out what I needed to do.  It was a wonderful experience.  They were kind and considerate.  They are very trustworthy I have no issues or whatsoever.  I thought their price is reasonable.

They were excellent. I got 6 quotes and theirs was the best. They really did an awesome job. They're prompt, thorough, and very honest. I was comforted when I learned that the owner comes to every job that the company does and checks on the progress personally. I am a contractor's daughter, so I know that this company excercises organization that just isn't found elsewhere. Their tools aren't spread all over the yard. They are laid out in very neat order. It is unusual to find those organizational skills.

Well I think I already gave the detail in the first part as I seem to do, but I will say if you want great roofers call Book Construction of Indian Trail. We are extremely happy with every bit of the services done. The people were very professional, kind, did excellent work not just a job. I felt our home was taken good care of as if it were their own home. That goes a long way with me. If you need a new roof call Book construction today!!!!. Highest recommendatioon I can give.

Also, we did get a warranty, they are licensed, bonded and insured and have been around more many years, maybe 10 -15 years even, not exactly how long, but a long time. This is a very reputable company.

Overall, everything went well. The quality of their work was excellent. I didn't like the fact that I didn't get any warranty from them. I would use their service in the future if needed.

I have just got a quote from them but haven't hired anybody yet. They were very professional, punctual and very easy to work with. Their quote was in mid-range.
