AZTECH SECURITY SYSTEMS INC

I called Aztech for myself and my neighbor and made an appointment with Linda, whom I initially liked immensely, to come out and discuss alarm systems. Linda came out, was very pleasant and not pushy at all. We discussed options for both myself and my neighbor. I made arrangements for them to come on 12/15 to install an alarm system. They did not come and did not call. I have called at least three times and have never had the courtesy of a return call and I'm thoroughly disgusted with them! When people want an alarm system, they don't want it next year, they want it now. They also would like the common courtesy of a return call. Now I've wasted weeks waiting on what is apparently a totally undependable company and I have to start at square one again. What kind of "security" can they provide when you can't even reach them on the phone and they don't return calls?

The other contractors were impressed with how clean the installation was. No wires showing, not a speck of dust left behind. Added bonus: they are the nicest people to deal with.
