 + -1 moreThe first night we talked to Bob with Americlaims, my husband and I felt the pressure start coming off. I was wanting to hire a pit bull to tear these insurance adjusters up, Bob was not a pit bull. He was calm and listened and spoke quietly and was ABSOLUTELY the best possible person we could have found. He kept us completely in the loop and updated on everything that was happening. He calmly took care of each issue and slowly we found ourselves unwinding and letting him take over. The insurance business is made to not work with its customers. I believe you must have an outside adjuster to help you after what we experienced. Bob with Americlaims helped us with other issues that we did not hire him for. He made us feel sane again and safe again. I cannot recommend anyone higher. If you are trying to get your insurance company to pay you what they should, you probably need Americlaims.
Description of Work: We experienced a major house fire on May 2, 2014. By July, we figured we were going to have to fight for every dime we could from our insurance company. My husband and I were about to come completely undone, when several friends suggested we hire an outside/public adjuster and Americlaims name came up several times.
