Phone Service - Cellular
Within a few months, the speaker on my Samsung went out so I called Verizon directly.Found out the phone was previously owned. They sent me another one (certified refurb). Then in September, the battery on my daughter's phone was defective.We called Verizon only to discover her phone was not new as described when sold to us, but was originally activated in 2008.Verizon did not even carry replacement batteries for it anymore. They sent us a certified refurb phone of like kind. Do NOT, NOT, NOT trust American Cellular (Authorized Verizon dealer) or buy anything from them. You will be taken to the cleaners!! Only buy directly from Verizon Wireless.
