Amazing improvement in the air quality. I had a problem with mold, high humidity and bad air quality. Instant improvement. Great people, reasonable rates, informative. Before and after pictures were shown. Only wish I had called them sooner.

They are very professional.  I am very happy with them.  The workers were nice, considerate and did their job.  They showed up on time. They left the area clean the way it was when they came.  They are  very honest.

I cannot stress enough how happy we were with Lyle and his crew. They did a great job on so many levels. They were able to come out quickly for an estimate with a fair price and a reasonable timeline for their services. They were professional and clean on the work site the entire time they were on my property. After they left, the only proof they were there was the clean scent in my crawl space. During our process of mold remediation we continued to run into issue with our buyers, constantly making changes, Avantaclean was beyond accommodating  with schedules, concerns and the constant changes, to they point that they even made a house call over the weekend after work was preformed (and after they were paid!) to double check humidity levels in 110 degree heat index weather. Again, I cannot stress enough how great Advantaclean was in the whole process. I priced out and got quotes from 3 other companies all from Angies list, and trust me these are the guys are to work with!!!
